12 Months / 12,000 Miles

Parts and labour on every repair we carry out, on any make or model. If something we fixed fails inside that window, it comes back to us — including the diagnosis.

What is covered

  • Parts we supplied and fitted, for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
  • The labour to replace a failed part we supplied, at no charge
  • Diagnosis of a fault that turns out to be related to our repair
  • Comeback faults found within the warranty period — including a second road test

What is not covered

  • Wear items: brake pads and discs, tyres, wipers, belts, fluids and filters
  • Damage from an accident, overheating, running low on oil or coolant, or misuse
  • Faults caused by work done elsewhere after our repair
  • Vehicles used for racing, track days or competition
  • Parts supplied by the customer — on those jobs only the labour is covered

A warranty covers our workmanship. It is not a maintenance plan — a car still needs its scheduled servicing, and skipping it can affect cover on related systems.

How to Make a Claim

Four steps, no forms to fill in. Have your invoice number ready if you can — it speeds things up, but we can find you by registration too.

  1. 01

    Call the shop

    Ring +1 (602) 555-0148 and tell us what has happened. If the car is unsafe to drive, say so and we will arrange recovery.

  2. 02

    Bring it in

    Book the car in as soon as you can. Do not let another workshop touch the repair first — that ends the warranty on our work.

  3. 03

    We inspect and confirm

    We check the fault, the part and the invoice. You get a call with the finding, whether it is covered or not.

  4. 04

    Repair or refund

    If the failure is ours, we fix it at no cost. If a part failed, we claim it from the supplier and fit the replacement.
