Our Services

Full-spectrum repair and maintenance, done by technicians who explain what they found before they touch anything.

  • Transparent Estimates

You get a written estimate before we touch the car. The price you approve is the price on the invoice — no calls halfway through for "one more thing".

  • Genuine Parts

OEM or OE-equivalent parts from verified suppliers, with the receipt and the part number handed over for everything we install.

  • Same-Day Turnaround

Around 80% of jobs are finished the day you bring the car in. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the same day, not three days later.

  • Backed by Warranty

12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labour. If something we fixed fails, it comes back on our dime — including the diagnosis.

We Do It
Honestly.

No upselling, no surprise line items. Every job is quoted before we start, and the parts we replace are kept for you to look at. If the car is not worth repairing, we say so — in writing.

Four Steps to
Your Car Back

Same sequence every time, whether it is an oil change or a head gasket. You approve the work before it starts and you see the old parts at the end.

  1. 01

    Book & Drop Off

Call or email to book a slot. We check the car in with you, note the mileage and any existing damage, and confirm what you want looked at.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Full diagnostic scan and a physical inspection on the lift. You get a written estimate with a clear priority list: safety first, then the rest.

  3. 03

    Repair

Once you approve, the work is done by the same technician who diagnosed it. Photos of the worn parts are kept for you.

  4. 04

    Pick Up

We road-test the car, hand over the parts we replaced, the warranty card, the invoice and a summary of what to watch for next.

What Owners Say

Unedited words from people who let us work on their cars.

Before You Book

The things customers ask us on the phone, answered here instead.

Do I need an appointment?

For diagnostics and scheduled maintenance, yes — it lets us put the right technician and the lift time aside. For tyre repairs, bulb changes and quick checks you can usually drop in, but a call first saves you waiting.

Will I know the price before you start?

Always. Every job gets a written estimate first: parts, labour and the likely extras. Nothing is started until you approve it by phone or email. If we find something else while working, we stop and ask.

How long does a diagnosis take?

Most diagnostics take 30–60 minutes. Complex electrical faults, intermittent faults and drivability complaints can take longer, because we test until we find the cause rather than replacing parts and hoping.

Do you work on all makes and models?

We service European, Asian and domestic vehicles, petrol and diesel. For very new models that need dealer-only software, we will tell you honestly that the dealer is the better route.

Can I bring my own parts?

You can, but the parts will not be covered by our warranty — only the labour will be. In practice our parts pricing is close enough to retail that most customers let us source them and keep the full warranty.

What warranty do you give?

12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labour for repairs we carry out, whichever comes first. Wear items such as brake pads, tyres, wipers and fluids are excluded, as are faults caused by later outside work.

Car making a noise? Let’s look at it.

Call or write and tell us what the car is doing. We will tell you what it takes to look at it, how long it will be in the shop, and what it will cost — before you drive over.
