Get in Touch
Two ways to reach us and both of them work: the phone during opening hours, email any time. We do not use contact forms — a form cannot tell you whether the noise is serious.

What to Bring
and Expect
Bring the car as it is. Do not clean anything or clear fault codes — that often destroys the evidence we need.
Diagnosis first, always. Expect a call or email with the estimate before any repair — usually the same day you drop the car off.
- The car, with whatever it is doing now — a noise is easier to find when it is still happening
- Registration and insurance documents, in case the repair needs a road test
- Any service history, invoices or warranty paperwork you have
- A phone number we can reach you on during the day, and permission to text photos to it
- Diagnostics & Check-Engine Light
- Engine Repair & Rebuilds
- Brakes & ABS
- Suspension, Steering & Alignment
Common questions
Before You Call
Five things we get asked most on the phone.
Do I need an appointment?
For diagnostics and scheduled maintenance, yes — it lets us put the right technician and the lift time aside. For tyre repairs, bulb changes and quick checks you can usually drop in, but a call first saves you waiting.
Will I know the price before you start?
Always. Every job gets a written estimate first: parts, labour and the likely extras. Nothing is started until you approve it by phone or email. If we find something else while working, we stop and ask.
How long does a diagnosis take?
Most diagnostics take 30–60 minutes. Complex electrical faults, intermittent faults and drivability complaints can take longer, because we test until we find the cause rather than replacing parts and hoping.
Do you work on all makes and models?
We service European, Asian and domestic vehicles, petrol and diesel. For very new models that need dealer-only software, we will tell you honestly that the dealer is the better route.
Can I bring my own parts?
You can, but the parts will not be covered by our warranty — only the labour will be. In practice our parts pricing is close enough to retail that most customers let us source them and keep the full warranty.
No forms, no waiting
Car making a noise? Let’s look at it.
Call or write and tell us what the car is doing. We will tell you what it takes to look at it, how long it will be in the shop, and what it will cost — before you drive over.
